Upon full payment, ownership of the website files will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loss of business, profits, or data.

Issues arising from third-party services, hosting platforms, or plugins.

7. Termination

Payment is not received on time;

No refunds will be provided upon termination.
